If I could go back in time, I would tell my younger self one thing: Check your blood pressure. For years, I lived with hypertension without even knowing it. I felt fine, but high blood pressure is a 'Silent Killer.' It puts constant pressure on the tiny blood vessels in your kidneys, eventually causing them to fail. By the time we caught it, the damage was irreversible.

Today, I’m sharing my story not just to find a donor, but to advocate for others. Please, if you haven't had a check-up lately, do it for your family. A simple blood pressure cuff could be the difference between a healthy life and the journey I’m on now.
